The Escondido Adult School has encouraged lifelong learning since 1968. At more than twenty locations in Escondido, we strive to meet the academic, vocational, and personal growth interests of the community.

The Adult Learning Center is one of several sites where both day and night ESL classes are held throughout the city of Escondido. Under the administration of Dominic Gagliardi, the center focuses on competency-based English instruction. Students study units in banking, employment, housing, nutrition, health, home safety, driver's education, and government and law. By learning basic skills in these important areas, students feel empowered. Classes also help students become more effective parents, better consumers and more informed residents of the United States.
