Tulare Adult School

Vision Statement: Tulare Adult School is committed to the vision of developing in all students the capacity to achieve personal, educational, and workplace goals. Our vision is to build lifelong learners, effective communicators, and active community participants in a diverse society.

Tulare Adult School is a part of the Tulare Joint Union High School District and provides Adult Education classes at sites throughout the Tulare, California area.

The Business Careers Center is a 7½ hour-a-day program that is designed to allow students to attain job readiness skills for clerical work. The classroom is open ended so students may enroll any day of the week. Students are able to work independently and are normally allowed to take as much time as they need to obtain the skills required for employment. While we do try to speed the process, most adult learners need to fit their education around many other responsibilities. Some state and federally funded programs have time frames to which students must adhere and we are happy to facilitate these students.

Tulare Adult School offers both day and night classes at several location throughout Tulare County. Our many programs include; ASE/High School Diploma, Adult Basic Education, Community Service classes, Career/Technical Education, Allied Health Career Training, Combination Welding, English as a Second Language, Citizenship Preparation, Adults with Disabilities, and many other classes under the older adult umbrella.

Tulare Adult School is proud to announce the school is fully accredited by the Western Association of  Schools and Colleges.
